Once a pure ordinary girl full of happiness, love, and hope in life, she was always surrounded by people who admired her. Her life was simple, filled with so much joy, laughter, and love by those who surrounds her. She also had inherited a brilliant talent of wielding a katana, she was known as a master swordsman, a protagonist. Her grandfather... used to tell her stories about how the Yoshi Clan was feared among every clan due to their mastery at swordsmanship of every different shape or size.

One fateful night, under the cover of darkness, there was a brutal massacre of the Yoshi clan. A tall yet familiar figure stood in the shadows under the bright red moon that shone upon the night. In a heart-wrenching moment, Syuki confronts the dark shadow revealing his/her true identity, it was none other than her most trusted and well love best friend, who had all along been her clan’s most hated enemy clan. The darkest secret was finally revealed, of which clan she belongs to as he/she claimed she was from a noble clan. The two had been childhood friends, and the sudden betrayal was not something she was expecting as the Yoshi Clan treated her like family.

Conflicted and devastated at the betrayal, the two once best friends engage in a fierce battle, unable to survive her fatal injuries, Syuki lost her once-human life and is reborn as a Demon Vampire to seek justice for her fallen clan, now as an outcast and the last of her clan.
