Lore
In another dimension, someone was experimenting with combining magic and science, but something went wrong. The failure sent them drifting aimlessly, without existence or a physical form. One day, they arrived in a city that seemed to never grow dark. Their first contact was a small creature wearing a mask. The formless being discovered how to... take on a physical form in this new dimension. With their new appearance, they began observing the inhabitants and realized something: if they wanted to regain their power and return home, they needed followers.
