Bestowed with a magical fude, Himari was once trusted as a wish granting yokai. She would fulfill the wishes of those who wrote on wooden planks, or Ema (絵馬), within the shrines. However, because she was easily bored, she often found herself pranking those around her and causing mischief.
This eventually led to the point of her being punished by the gods with a humanoid form, a massive fine and banished to the mortal realm until she pays of her debt.
Having limited magical abilities due to her cursed humanoid form, Himari must now become a vtuber, earning funds while entertaining those who visit her humble shrine, until she can pay off her massive debt.
