Virgil is a very energetic VTuber. She is often smug or angry but shows how much she cares about her Virgilantes despite them bullying each other. She enjoys drawing a lot and would often make fanart of herself, her genmates, or her VTuber friends. She likes drinking alcohol and sometimes drags her boss to her streams when she gets too drunk. Despite her bratty attitude, there are times she becomes mature when asked for genuine advice.

She has white hair in twintails and light blue eyes and wears a dark blue military-style inspired dress.

Virgil's Twitter account was made in August 2021, she joined YouTube in October 2021.

Her fans are called Virgilantes. She mentioned that Elaine suggested the name to her.
