Wicked is a hotelier who manages the Candlelight Manor Hotel; which is a place for the wandering souls and the lost. Wicked and the manor were discovered by Hoshiko, because Wicked lured Hoshiko through their negative emotions and trapped them within the manor.

Thanks to this, Wicked is able to maintain running the manor in top shape due to Hoshiko being used as the current Manor's power supply from the 'basement'. It also seems that Wicked is able to 'borrow' Hoshiko's voice and personality to lure more souls through streaming in hopes to trap more souls for themselves!
