On 5 November, AOI ID's Twitter account announced auditions for their first generation that ran from the 5 November to 27 November.
On 9 December, AOI ID teased their first generation.
On 14 December, AOI ID's Twitter account announced their first generation.
2021
On 31 July, AOI ID announced auditions for their second generation that ran from 1 August to 31 August.
On 29 September, AOI ID teased their second generation.
On 29 October, AOI ID's Twitter account announced the debut dates of its second generation members.
2022
On 3 April, AOI ID's Twitter account announced that Haruta Danantya, Millie Adelaide, and Gita Melodia would be graduating from the agency on 8 May.
On 1 July, AOI ID announced a new generation audition that ran from 1-17 July.
On 16 October, they announced new generation consisting of two members Melyn Sundae and Wyne Rumina.
On 31 October, they uploaded a video revealing the new generation name "Mindae." They would be debuting from 5-6 November 2022.
Disband
On 8 December, Starla announced that AOI ID would be disbanded. All channels, models, and IPs would be fully handed over to their talents without any conditions.
