Starla has a calm, kind, and well mannered personality. She is a caring person, and always responds to most live chatter. She has a soft and patience voice, although she's actually a bit impatience when it comes to games that needs certain skill, except for FPS games.
She's not really good in dealing with horror game especially the ones that has jump scare in it, despite being good in playing them. Overall she is a good person and cherish everyone so dearly.

On 22 March, Starla debuted her new outfit. this outfit changes her hairstyle, making it be swept into a side-curl. the hair is also a slightly darker brown, and still has red highlights. there is a red rose-like flower in her hair, and a heart-shaped ahoge. she wears a black-and-red shirt underneath, with the red appearing like a corset. she also has multiple brown belts wrapped around her waist, with an optional waist-pack. these belts sit upon skin-tight black shorts, appearing to be a latex or denim material. she wears long black gloves, see-through black thigh-high socks, black strapped high heels and a fur shawl. the first optional layer includes a black see-though maxi skirt that fades into red, and the second optional layer includes the skirt alongside a big black coat, appearing very dress-like. it has red fluffy edges and a red belt holding it closed around the waist.
On 1 May, she had her first collaboration song cover with Gita Melodia, the song "Fly Me To The Star" by Starlight Kuku Gumi.
