<p>Started as an idea by <a href="/wiki/Meir_Caelum" data-wiki-target="Meir Caelum">Meir Caelum</a> after seeing multiple friends have terrible luck with managers and the state of Agencies in the industry. He had broached the idea to some friends as a joke and left it at that. Until he was approached by <a href="/wiki/Akiyo_Kumi" data-wiki-target="Akiyo Kumi">Akiyo Kumi</a> who had heard the idea and wanted to help start it after her own bad luck with another Agency.</p>
Policies
<p>Talents can stream on whatever platform they want. Talents can collaborate with whoever they want. The agency "[does] have some rules but [it's] very open for [the talents] to be as creative as they want". The talents receive "full assistance on projects".</p>
<p>The agency's long-term plan is to make money through talent growth and merchandising.</p>
