Started as an idea by Meir Caelum after seeing multiple friends have terrible luck with managers and the state of Agencies in the industry. He had broached the idea to some friends as a joke and left it at that. Until he was approached by Akiyo Kumi who had heard the idea and wanted to help start it after her own bad luck with another Agency.

Policies

Talents can stream on whatever platform they want. Talents can collaborate with whoever they want. The agency "[does] have some rules but [it's] very open for [the talents] to be as creative as they want". The talents receive "full assistance on projects". The agency's long-term plan is to make money through talent growth and merchandising.

As of 3 March 2026, the agency claimed a staff of 9 in management.
