Silvanus Xylander

Silvanus is easy-going and charismatic who prioritizes comfort and inclusion within his community. He often gets engrossed in whatever he is doing, be it talking with chat or watching the stories of his RPGs unfold. This focus though admirable often leads to missing things around him, inadvertent deaths in game, and the more than occasional scuff. He loves both the joys of singing and writing as his primary methods of creative expression. Though untrained, Silvanus regards his singing abilities as above-average, taking pride especially in his range. Often regarded as intelligent, Silvanus takes great pride in his intelligence and creative-thinking, though admits that despite his book-smarts, his street-smarts are more than lacking, making his journey around the world even more important to him. He greets his viewers with "Silva salutations! We are back again, once again;" and ends his streams with "And remember, you are always welcome in my garden~".

Silvanus is a young man appearing to be in his mid-20s. He has medium-length silver hair that frames his face and flows down the back of his neck, emphasizing his dryad mark (the rose tattoo above his left eye). He has soft amber eyes that turn green when his emotions are heightened, shown in some of his expressions. He also wears matching yin-yang earrings as a flower adorns his hair above his right ear. Silvanus is often depicted with maroon and black leather gloves as well as a brown thorned vine bracelet on his right wrist. He is also always seen wearing his iconic tattered fuchsia scarf with tree-themed yin-yang symbol somewhere in all his outfits and with his robin companion Voltaire on his shoulder.

Currently, Silvanus has two outfits. His default casual outfit is comprised of a white and black 3/4-sleeve length jacket opened at the top showing his bare chest, along with forest green jeans tied together with a fuchsia belt that matches his scarf. His pants legs are tucked into black boots with brown soles and a deeper pink color flower pattern with matching laces. In this outfit, you will also see Voltaire wearing the torn part of Silvanus' scarf as a scarf of his own. His second outfit is a formal brown suit adorned with a dark brown collar and a black and silver handkerchief in his left-breast pocket. Silvanus wears a white dress shirt with the top button undone and a maroon vest with a paisley pattern underneath the toggle-able suit jacket. His hair grows a bit in the back and is tied up into a small high ponytail as the flower that was on his hair instead rests on his suit jacket. Silver chains drape down the right shoulder of the jacket, the middle button of his vest and around the collar of his dress shirt like a necklace. While his belt changes to a black belt with a large silver buckle depicting a inkwell and quill, he continues to wear his leather gloves and boots where as his scarf is tucked into his shirt like a tie. In this formal outfit, the suit jacket is toggleable so that the vest and dress shirt are shown more clearly, the sleeves are rolled up to his forearms while Voltaire is shorn dressed in a bird-shaped black suit jacket with a fuchsia scarf and black top hat with a fuchsia stripe circling the base. Voltaire also wears a fuchsia masquerade mask, likely in an attempt to hide himself from preying cats and foxes.

For standard toggles, Silvanus has a pair of bottom-rimmed fuchsia glasses, a brown satchel which bears the same emblem as his formal suit's belt buckle, custom plant-themed Pokeball and Controller assets, as well as a Bald toggle. Silvanus also has a secret collar toggle that is only shown on special occasions. Finally, he has six expression toggles including Mad, Comic Smug, Dead Stare, Realistic Smug, Sad, and Starry-eyed.

His Twitch and Twitter/X accounts were created on 9 July 2022 and for the following year, Silvanus prepared for his debut 13 months later, which occurred on 24 August 2023.

• He is a half-dryad demigod VTuber born after the dryad spirit of a displaced Greek tree fell in love with Roman deity Sylvanus after being replanted in Rome.
• Silvanus inherited his mother's sash before she passed and uses it as a scarf.
• He ran away from home after the passing of his mother and his father's sudden cold-heartedness. He attempted to find sanctuary in both the Roman and Greek pantheons but was shunned by both as an abomination.

• Silvanus can control plants and their growth at will, but does not use his powers when gardening and farming himself, as he believes the best-raised plants are ones raised naturally.
