Cloud Horizon

On 5 June, It was announced that Ubye's managerial team would be forming a new company, Cloud Horizon Studios, with Ubye as the first VTuber. On the same day, auditions were announced looking for new VTubers. On 26 July, three new VTubers: Margaret Winters, Lily Linglan and Kamiina Haruhi began Twitter activities. On 29 August, Margaret Winters debuted. On 12 September, Lily Linglan debuted. On 24 October, Kamiina Haruhi debuted.

On 29 May, independent VTuber Zhou Mo joined Cloud Horizon. On 9 June, it was announced that Margaret Winters, Lily Linglan and Kamiina Haruhi would be graduating over the course of July, as a contract renewal could not be agreed on. On 7 July, auditions looking for new VTubers were opened.

On 12 January, Cloud Horizon teased a new generation of VTubers. On 9 May, Cloud Horizon announced the debuts of two VTubers forming the Starry Block unit: Dinah Venom and Caren. On 16 June, Cloud Horizon announced the debuts of two of the three VTubers forming the XIII Moon Troupe unit: YuFang and Irisa. On 21 July, Cloud Horizon announced the debut of third VTuber of the XIII Moon Troupe unit: JinBee.
