Dynasty V is an independent, non-profit VTuber agency founded on 21 March 2026 by voice actor Timothy Rowland. Formerly known during its development phase as Heresy Lab. the group was rebranded to reflect a new era of "professional evolution" for independent talent.

On 11 February 2026, Jakoji formed a new VTuber agency, initially under the working title Heresy Lab. On 21 March, the group was formally re-established under the name Dynasty V. On 8 April, applications for the final members of Wave 1 "Generation Dawn" were officially opened to the public. The audition period would continue to 3 July, with an official debut scheduled for 10 July. Maruga accepted Lyri Kinoko's application on 21 April, making Kinoko, the first official member to join Dynasty V. On 7 May, Mirajane becomes the second official member to join Dynasty V as part of Generation: Dawn. Mirajane was accepted to join by Maruga's creator himself: Timothy Rowland as part of Dynasty V.

Background

Maruga Jakoji initially debuted as an independent VTuber in July 2025. In November 2025 he briefly became one of the founding members of Aegisus Group, before leaving that group on 13 January 2026 due to real-life issues that's around his younger sister: Arianna, who was murdered on 12 December 2025.

Generation Dawn

On 10 July, Mirajane debuts as a member as scheduled by Maruga. The following day, 11 July: Lyri Kinoko and Maruga Jakoji would go stream their debuts with Dynasty V. After all, Lyri and Maruga debuted as VTubers last year. Mirajane is a newcomer into the VTuber scene.

Mission

Dynasty V is actually established as a Co-Ed, Non-Profit VTuber Agency. Unlike traditional corporate structures, the agency operates as a talent-first collective. It is dedicated to providing a high-level professional platform for performers of all genders, focusing on creative autonomy, professional-grade performance coaching, and technical support without the constraints of corporate profit margins. Dynasty V's talent is open to stream on YouTube and Twitch.
