FTW Entertainment. is a Japanese American entertainment company founded by former Brave Group US CEO, Hayashi Norikazu in 2025. The company departed from Brave Group on 27 November, taking with it the VTuber agency ChromaSHIFT, the virtual boy group NLiTE, and the motion capture company OshiLive.

On 22 September, FTW Entertainment US Inc. was registered as a corporation.
On 27 November, Brave Group announced the establishment and subsequent independence of FTW Entertainment, as well as the transfer of ChromaSHIFT, NLiTE, and OshiLive to FTW.
ChromaSHIFT
ChromaSHIFT is a VTuber agency formerly known as idol Corp before being acquired by Brave Group US in 2024. Their mission is "bringing a solar system of talent & creativity".
NLiTE
NLiTE is an English speaking K-pop inspired virtual boy group aiming to "serve as a guiding light through their upbeat songs and stellar performances, even through the darkest nights".
