On 19 June, Ricky was announced as a partnered LUMINARA talent. On 7 July, Omi was announced as a partnered LUMINARA talent. On 17 July, LUMINARA announced a VTuber Chess Tourney in affiliation with VupeChat. On 3 August, Kori-Oujo was announced as a partnered LUMINARA talent. On 6 August, TsunamiCat was announced as a partnered LUMINARA talent. On 11 August, LUMINARA announced "NuCloud", a VTuber music festival hosted at the USS Hornet Museum. On 20 August, LUMINARA acquired VStellaProductions. On 23 August, VTuber Rivals "Goddess Edition" Tournament was hosted in jellydoughnut's Twitch channel. On 27 September, VTuber Rivals Grand Cup 2, sponsored by Marvel Rivals, was hosted on an X broadcast. On 30 September, LUMINARA opens auditions. On 9 January, VStella Productions announced their partnership end with LUMINARA. On 20 January, LUMINARA announced plans to develop an in-house mocap studio. They also announced that there will be a new wave of talents and more events in February. On 4 February, the X:CELERATE wave of talents was revealed, which includes SnootyDeath, Saphwyn, and Sopralto. On 24 February, Rihsuri part ways with Luminara. On 13 April, LUMINARA announced a group of artists of the agency named as the Amethist Wave. They feature Vtuber artists OniKayB, Swessy, Hunny, jeminix2, Little Luly, Cyberpyunk, and YureiAbbie. On 26 May, Ricky, TsunamiCat, Dani Dawnstar, Lunaria Ayaren, Favorite, Velkyen, MissShadowLovely, SnootyDeath, Saphwyn, Sopralto, OniKayB, Hunny, jeminix2, Little Luly, and Cyberpyunk announced their immediate departure from LUMINARA, along with staff members resigning early in the morning. On 28 May, LUMINARA briefly changes its name to "LUMINARA 《Discountinued》" on Twitter before getting deleted at 6:30am EDT.
