Bibbly is a bubbly and hyperactive Bakeneko! This cat is a whirlwind of enthusiasm and spontaneousness, giving her a rather addictive personality. She stays true to her character by making her viewers feel welcome and wanted in the "Basement" atmosphere she has created.

Bibbly is also an earnest empath, with a goal of spreading mental health awareness to her viewers. She doesn't shy away from allowing her viewers to see her at her most vulnerable moments. She takes circumstances as opportunities to share her truth and console with others.

Bibbly cares immensely for her audience and wishes to instill in them the value that they have to her. Though outgoing and bubbly, Bibbly remains true to her character and likes to keep a light-hearted atmosphere within her streams. She is also very serious about these "Basement" living conditions, you're welcome to join in on stream, but you won't be allowed to leave. ♡

Bibbly is a shapeshifting Bakeneko who has settled comfortably in her Neko (catgirl) form. Her hair is long and wavy. It is gold and highlighted with pink tips. Bibbly's eyes are a a soft almond shape and are blue-pink-yellow in color. She has two sharp fangs that are visible when her mouth is closed, and she has six red facial markings that represent her whiskers while transformed.

Bibbly has five piercings and two tattoos. Her first four piercings are ear piercings, three which are cuffs and one that is a chain with a goldfish dangly from it. Her last piercing is her tongue piercing which is also a goldfish. As for her tattoos, she has a womb tattoo that symbolizes "Pheremone" and a tattoo on her upper thigh as Kanji marking her as a "Neko".

Bibbly wears a pink and blue crop top, dotted with paw prints with a giant heart cut at the breast. She similarly wears a pink skirt that reveals her womb tattoo and has a paw print on the clasp. Her shoes are pink with blue bows that have a goldfish charm attached to them. She wears a blue jacket with white sleeves and blue cuffs, as well as a pink collar with blue 'x's and a golden bell.

Bibbly's Twitch channel was originally created on 22 March 2020. Prior to becoming a VTuber she made some streams on the channel, using a static PNG avatar at least as far back as 1 December 2022. In May of 2023 she began using a 2D avatar.

Her fans are known as Dwellers.
