<p>On 23 November, <a href="/wiki/Toshiruz" data-wiki-target="Toshiruz">Toshiruz</a> announced he would debut a new model.</p> <p>On 3 December, Toshiruz debuted his very first 2D model. During the live, he announced he was now part of a new VTuber agency, NEOBAKA. On the same day, NEOBAKA made their first tweet on their <a href="https://twitter.com/neobaka" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Twitter account</a>. Shortly after, they announced the debuts of the other three members of the team: <a href="https://www.twitch.tv/sissikawaii_" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">SissiKawaii</a>, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@DanteWill" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">DanteWill</a>, and <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@Eeiris" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Eeiris Zuro</a>.</p> <p>On 4 December, <a href="https://www.twitch.tv/sissikawaii_" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">SissiKawaii</a> debuted her new 2D model.</p> <p>On 8 December, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@DanteWill" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">DanteWill</a> debuted his very first VTuber model.</p>

<p>On 19 February, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@Eeiris" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Eeiris</a> finally debuted her first 2D model, after having her debut postponed for various weeks due to a delay in the making of her new model and assets.</p> <p>On 13 April, NEOBAKA opened their <a href="https://neobaka.lojavirtualnuvem.com.br/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">official online store</a> with merch of all their talents.</p> <p>On 2 July, NEOBAKA dropped a teaser announcing Toshiruz's redebut with a brushed-up version of his model.</p> <p>On 9 July, Toshiruz had his redebut with the brushed-up version of his model, as well as a new mascot he called “Tomzinho” and a female version of himself he called “Toshiko”.</p> <p>On 12 July, Toshiruz became the first NEOBAKA member to hit 100k subscribers on YouTube, being also the first Brazilian VTuber to reach this milestone.</p> <p>On 15 August, NEOBAKA announced that <a href="https://www.twitch.tv/sissikawaii_" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">SissiKawaii</a> would be leaving the agency and continuing her activities as an independent creator. Both sides stated that it was a purely professional decision and that they parted ways on good terms.</p> <p>On 5 October, auditions for a new member of the team were opened.</p> <p>On 7 November, Toshiruz hit 200,000 subscribers on YouTube.</p> <p>On 3 December, NEOBAKA announced the debut of their new member, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@meilingdraco" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Mei-Ling Draco</a>.</p> <p>On 18 December, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@meilingdraco" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Mei-Ling</a> debuted as NEOBAKA’s first original talent.</p>

<p>On 18 March, Toshiruz hit 300,000 subscribers on YouTube.</p> <p>On 7 April, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@DanteWill" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">DanteWill</a> hit 100k subscribers on YouTube.</p> <p>On 23 April, NEOBAKA dropped their very first original song, “<a href="https://youtu.be/J8u0pv8remQ" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Viajantes</a>” (“Travelers”), featuring all four of their talents.</p> <p>On 27 April, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@meilingdraco" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Mei-Ling</a> was featured in one of the videos of <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@sbtgames" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">SBT Games</a>, a branch of one of the biggest broadcasting companies in Brazil.</p> <p>On 5 May, NEOBAKA opened a second batch of auditions.</p> <p>On 20 May, NEOBAKA announced <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@DanteWill" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">DanteWill</a> would be debuting a new model by dropping a new lore video.</p> <p>On 28 May, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@DanteWill" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">DanteWill</a> debuted his new brushed-up model, as well as a female version of himself who he called “Spider Dante”.</p> <p>On 9 June, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@meilingdraco" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Mei-Ling</a> hit 100k subscribers on YouTube, becoming the fastest-growing VTuber in Brazil after reaching this milestone within 174 days of her debut.</p> <p>On 4 July, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@meilingdraco" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Mei-Ling</a> held NEOBAKA’s first international collab with <a href="/wiki/VReverie" data-wiki-target="VReverie">VReverie</a>’s <a href="/wiki/Akiko_Sushi" data-wiki-target="Akiko Sushi">Akiko Sushi</a>.</p> <p>On 5 July, NEOBAKA dropped a teaser announcing <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@Eeiris" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Eeiris</a>’s redebut.</p> <p>On 8 July, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@Eeiris" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Eeiris</a> had her redebut with a brand new 2D model.</p> <p>On 11 July, NEOBAKA announced they would be collabing with <a href="https://twitter.com/chestmaids" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Chest of Wonders Maid Café</a> for the redebut of two of their talents: <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@Eeiris" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Eeiris</a> and Toshiruz. Both of them got exclusive, time-limited drinks for the event.</p> <p>On 12 July, NEOBAKA dropped Toshiruz’s teaser for his redebut.</p> <p>On 14 July, Toshiruz hit 400,000 subscribers on YouTube.</p> <p>On 16 July, Toshiruz had his redebut with a brand new 2D model. On the same day, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@Eeiris" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Eeiris</a> hit 100,000 subscribers on YouTube.</p> <p>On 30 October, NEOBAKA announced <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@meilingdraco" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Mei-Ling</a>'s graduation, stating that she wanted to focus on other aspects of her career.</p> <p>On 23 November, NEOBAKA announced they would be collabing again with <a href="https://twitter.com/chestmaids" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Chest of Wonders Maid Café</a> for the debut of their newest talent, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@RavielKarim" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Raviel Karim</a>. <p>On 8 February, Thomas Eerie (one of the founders of NEOBAKA) passed away from undisclosed causes, which led to a series of tributes and period of mourning on Brazilian VTuber community.</p> <p>On 26 January, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@RavielKarim" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Raviel Karim</a> reached 100k subscribers, thus becoming the new fastest-growing Brazilian vtuber after Mei-Ling, reaching this milestone within 61 days of his debut.</p> <p>On 17 February, DanteWill released a rap parody song of the game , "<a href="https://youtu.be/xbWxTTuNeuc" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Amor Amargo</a>" ("Bitter Love").</p> <p>On 25 February, the new member <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@EvelineTeach" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Eveline Teach</a> made her debut, counting with more than 18k viewers and 46k subscribers.</p> <p>On 17 March, the <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@NEOBAKA" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">NEOBAKA Official Channel</a> uploaded a cover of the song GIANTS by True Damage, featuring all of their current talents: Toshiruz, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@DanteWill" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">DanteWill</a>, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@Eeiris" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Eeiris</a>, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@RavielKarim" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Raviel Karim</a>, and <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@EvelineTeach" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Eveline Teach</a>.</p> <p>On 1 April, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@Eeiris" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Eeiris</a> announced her redebut, making people confused about whether it was real or not because of the date. This was soon proven by <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@Eeiris" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Eeiris</a> herself to have been intentional.</p> <p>On 19 April, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@Eeiris" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Eeiris</a> revealed the date of her redebut to be on 28 April, which cleared up any confusion on whether her post about it was true or an April Fools' joke.</p> <p>On 21 April, the <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@NEOBAKA" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">NEOBAKA Official Channel</a> published a video announcing a new generation of talents, known as NEOBAKA X ("NeoX" for short), which would feature people already known from the Vtuber community in Brazil who would be joining the agency.</p> <p>On 28 April, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@Eeiris" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Eeiris</a> debuted her brand new 2D model.</p> <p>On 5 May, the <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@NEOBAKA" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">NEOBAKA Official Channel</a> revealed their first member of NEOBAKA X, the YouTuber and animator <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@Torajo" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Torajo Jovem</a>.</p> <p>On 11 May, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@Torajo" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Torajo</a> debuted his 2D model, counting with more than 300,000 simultaneous viewers and hitting 300,500 subscribers on his channel in the same date. With that also marking the biggest debut organized by the agency so far.</p> <p>On 2 June, Toshiruz released the full version of his very first original song, "<a href="https://youtu.be/e0YnTzrxDDs" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">I'M ON MY WAY</a>".</p> <p>On 27 June, the <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@NEOBAKA" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">NEOBAKA Official Channel</a> revealed their second member of NEOBAKA X, the YouTuber and animator <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@emikotonee" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Emi Kotone</a>.</p> <p>On 30 June, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@emikotonee" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Emi Kotone</a> made her debut, garnering more than 100k views in 24 hours and getting on Youtube's trending videos chart, surpassing <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@Torajo" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Torajo</a>'s debut and becoming the biggest debut organized by the agency and possibly the biggest model reveal stream in the Brazilian VTuber community.</p> <p>On 11 July, the <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@NEOBAKA" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">NEOBAKA Official Channel</a> uploaded a teaser video about the last member, or rather, last members of the second generation of the agency, The Destined (Os Destinados): the hacker twins, Mono and Momo. The news left people surprised because the vast majority of the community thought it would be a man due to an alleged "leak" by member Toshiruz. He proceeded to make fun of the fans for falling for his little prank.</p> <p>On 12 July, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@EvelineTeach" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Eveline Teach</a> released her first original song, "<a href="https://youtu.be/4Sc51BUmoEs" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Love Me</a>".</p> <p>On 14 July, the twins Mono and Momo made their debut on their channel with 100,000 simultaneous views and 190,500 subscribers, being the last ones to debut in NEOBAKA's second generation, The Destined.</p> <p>On 31 July, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@MonoMomoChan" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Mono and Momo</a> released their first original song, "<a href="https://youtu.be/cFn5ZlUod8g" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Invasores</a>" ("Invaders").</p> <p>On 29 August, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@Torajo" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Torajo</a> announced that he would be parting ways with NEOBAKA and going back to being an indie creator.</p>

<p>On 24 February, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@emikotonee" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Emi Kotone</a> announced during a live that she was no longer part of NEOBAKA. The next day, NEOBAKA published an announcement on Twitter confirming that both parties decided not to renew their contract, and that Emi would be going back to being an indie creator.</p> <p>On 27 May, after long months of discussion, NEOBAKA announced that they would no longer be a VTuber agency, but focus solely on merchandising and event planning. Each one of the talents were allowed to keep their individual channels and models, and will be following their independent paths.</p> <p>On December, Neoloja (the rebranded name of the store) closed, with the agency ceasing definitely its operations.</p>
