Normal form: He has short white hair with black underhair, red eyes and a black bandage on his nose covering his freckles. He wears a short-sleeved black track jacket with a yellow shirt underneath, white track shorts, red and black sneakers, red fingerless gloves in both hands, and his left arm is wrapped in bandages while his right leg is covered by a black thigh. He has a blue star earring in his left ear.

Oni form 1: His skin is red, the sclerae turns black, and his pupils turn yellow. He also wears a type of mask made by bones and his black bandage disappears. His nails become longer and surrounded by bones. He also sports two large red horns on top of his head.

Oni form 2: His sclerae turns black and his pupils turn red, his black bandage disappears, showing his freckles, and he sports two large red horns.

Halloween costume: He's using a Sukuna cosplay.

Chest of Wonders X NEOBAKA: His butler attire, with a white dress-shirt, black trousers and vest, and a red tie. He also wears black gloves and black dress shoes.

Christmas version: He wears a nutcracker attire.

NEOSUMMER version: He's wearing a surfer-like attire, with a white tank top under a red shirt, blue swimming shorts with black undershorts, and slippers. His left arm is covered by a black sun sleeve, he wears a pair of sunglasses on top of his head and his face is covered in sunscreen.

NEOBUNNY version: He represents the White Chocolate bunny, wearing a black turtleneck under a light grey dress shirt, black dress pants with a red belt hanging on the side, black dress shoes with red soles, and a black coat with red insides that reaches his knees. He also wears black gloves, a NEOBAKA blue pin on the right side of his coat, a golden watch necklace, and has two black bunny ears on top of his head, the right one with a blue piercing to represent his earring. His bangs are swept to the side.

NEOLOVERS version: He's wearing the Neo Academy uniform, composed of a white dress shirt under a dark grey vest with a blue and white stripped tie, a blue blazer with the Neo Academy logo, black dress pants with black dress shoes, and red headphones hanging on his neck. He also wears a NEOBAKA pin in his tie, and his front bangs are swept back.

• His fanbase is called "Gurizes", which is a slang term meaning "guys" used in the south region of Brazil, where Toshiruz is from.

• "NEOBAKA Team": Alongside NEOBAKA's other talents.
• "Viajantes": The four members of NEOBAKA's first generation of talents, "Travelers" (and featured in the song "Viajantes"), Toshiruz, Mei-Ling, Eeiris and DanteWill. The four of them have lores regarding them travelling through space and time, hence the name.
