NoriPro (のりプロ) is an agency of Virtual YouTubers created by mangaka Tsukudani Norio. The name is an abbreviation of "Tsukudani Norio Production."
As of January 2024, the agency has more than 1.3 million subscribers on YouTube, making it the 8th Japan-based agency with highest subscribers after hololive, NIJISANJI, Virtual eSports Project, 774 inc., Neo-Porte, .LIVE and Aogiri High School.
Initially, unlike the most other agencies, in which talents are either auditioned from public or scouted by the management, NoriPro's talents are solely consisting of the latter from Tsukudani Norio, though some of the talents still have other known identities. In September 2023, auditions aimed towards creators were opened to the public for the first time since 2019.

2021
On 1 December, it was announced through Tsukudani Norio's Twitter account that Inari Iroha, Reglush Lionheart, and Nekozeno Shin will be debuted as "NoriPro Gamers" in January 2022, with Hoozuki Warabe from the second generation as the team leader.
2022
On 5 March, it was announced through Inuyama Tamaki's YouTube channel that the 2nd Generation (minus Hoozuki Warabe, who is a part of NoriPro Gamers) would be reorganized into "NoriPro Music".
2023
NoriPro announced that four of its talents will graduate from the company and will become independent VTubers in January 2024. The four leaving are Shirayuki Mishiro, Enomiya Milk, Himesaki Yuzuru, and Nekozeno Shin. In the statement for their graduations, NoriPro stated that they’re leaving because they chose not to renew their contracts.
Auditions were opened for the very first time since its founding in 2019 on September 2023. The auditions were aimed towards creators and were opened from 2 September to the 23rd of the same month.
2024
On 4 January, a new project known as "NoriPro Creators" was announced through Tsukudani Norio's Twitter account. The group would be the result of the auditions that happened the year prior. It was revealed that among 1500 applicants, 11 talents were selected to debut in 3 separate units as members of the "Creators" project. The same promotional video unveiled the first unit composed of 4 members: Seto Kazuya. Saiki Komari, Kyoyu Shiroya and Yukinose Kumochi. This unit would be named PONuary by its members.
On 29 February, the second unit of the "Creators" project was announced through Tsukudani Norio's Twitter account. The second unit would be composed of 4 members: Azana Piroparu, Meikai Loveka, Washu Asuka and Mikami Renge. This unit would be named PARARARE by its members.
On 16 April, the third unit of the "Creators" project was announced through Tsukudani Norio's Twitter account. The third unit would be composed of 3 members: Sukitou Luccica, Huejima Kotori and Kurage Toumi. They debuted on 23 April. This unit would be named 3me by its members.
2025
On 20 October, NoriPro announced that Mikami Renge will be graduating on 29 October 2025.
On 29 October, Mikami Renge held her graduation stream and retired.
