About
Ouma Kirara, a Japanese Virtual YouTuber and former member of NoriPro's "NoriPro Music" unit alongside Kurumizawa Momo and Mirutani Nia, debuted in March 2021. Known for her chatting streams, music covers, and occasional ASMR sessions, she often plays games as well. Her character design is by necömi and Momoshiki, and she uses the oshi mark "👿⚜️."

Retirement
On 15 January, NoriPro made an announcement stating that Kirara would be retiring on 15 February due to family circumstances. The announcement also stated that Kirara's social media accounts as well as her YouTube membership would close by the end of February, and official merch would end its sales on 15 February.
Return
On 24 March, NoriPro made an announcement stating that Kirara would restart activities as an independent VTuber in early April.
On 24 April, Kirara resumed her activities.
