2022
On 30 November, PixelLink officially launched.
On 4 December, PixelLink revealed their first character of their auditions for their first generation.
On 6 December, PixelLink announced that the following day will be the opening of auditions for their first generation. This would last from 7 December 2022 up until 7 January 2023.
2023
On 6 January, PixelLink announced that, due to demand, they will be extending the audition period all the way to 14 January.
On 2 June, PixelLink announced a countdown for the release of the promotional video of their first generation, PIxelStart+, for June 9. The release date for PixelStart+ being postponed due to production delays.
On 11 June, PixelLink released PixelStart+ debut promotional video which revealed the generation's debut to be scheduled for 16 June.
From 16 to 18 June, PixelLink had a booth for Meet and Greets at the OffKai Expo in Burlingame, California which was presented by Idol Corp.
On 10 August, PixelLink had teased a special surprise. This was then followed up the next day with an announcement of their own PixelLink Summer 2023, included was a PixelLink Group Cover Song, a Themed Event Stream, and was hinted to have more. Later in the week was revealed to be the PixelLink Official Shop for merch.
On 25 September, PixelLink announced that they are opening auditions for the second generation.
2024
On 16 April, PixelLink started a merchandise partnership with Kawa Entertainment.
On 17 April, PixelLink teased their second generation PixelChronicle.
On 1 May, PixelLink released a teaser for PixelChronicle through the form of a randomizer application, designed as a gambling machine. For five different winning messages, four are individual messages, and the fifth one is a countdown which would end on 11 May.
On 11 May, PixelLink unveiled their second generation's social media and channels.
On 19 May, the full debut trailer for their generation 2 was released, and their debuts announced for 25 May 2024.
Cease of operations
On 22 February, PixelLink announced that they would be ceasing operations on 31 March due to unforeseen health issues of its CEO. The announcement stated that Kanna Yanagi, Raki Kazuki and Chiaki Katsumi would continue their streaming activities as independents, while the rest of the talents would graduate and continue streaming via their personal VTuber personas.
Kanna Yanagi had purchased her IP before the announcement and revealed on 22 February that she was an independent, though she held a symbolic graduation stream on 27 February.
Daiya Fortuna was originally slated to graduate on 4 March, but announced on 27 February that she had managed to purchase her IP with the help of Zentreya and was therefore independent.
On 15 March, Raki Kazuki launched a donothon to raise funds for the purchase of her IP and reached the goal within minutes. She formally left the agency and became an independent on 24 March.
On 16 March, Chiaki Katsumi, who had previously purchased her IP, formally left the agency and became an independent.
Of the remaining four who chose not to acquire their IP, all returned to either new or prior personas, which were officially identified by PixelLink following their graduation: Arisu Oshiro as Toffee, Chio Chompi as Rebbi Rompin, Lottie Shinju as Lazuli, and Miuna Usako as Miyuora. Rebbi would later purchase the character IP for Chio Chompi from PixelLink and return to streaming regularly as Chio.

Trivia
* Even though PixelStart+ debuted with five members, at the time of the first generation's auditions there were originally six characters being auditioned for.
* A staff member revealed during Arisu Oshiro's graduation stream that by hiring her, they changed their plans for generation 2. Generation 2 was initially planned for 3 members to debut.
* Furi Ferntail and Ayla Yew revealed they, with two more people "supposed to come after" (one of whom was later revealed to be Mocha), were supposed to join PixelLink as a generation of adopted VTubers, PixelRevival. This generation never happened because of the agency's shutdown.
