2022

On 31 October, Project F uploaded the cover song "Happy Halloween" on YouTube channel revealing 4 members of their first generation: Aozora Furia, Kawakami Kuwa, Solus Ataraxia, and Xin Asura. They were introduced in turn through Twitter Tweets from 2-23 December.

2023

On 21 April 2023 it was announced that Kawakami Kuwa would be graduating. On 8 October, Project F announced Chapter 2 Stygian, consisting of three members: Miya Mareena, Aishii Ai, and Lorelai Loch. On 10 October 2023, Project F announced that Solus' contract has been terminated. On 22 October, Project F announced that Stygian would be debuting on 11 November, and revealed their YouTube channels. On 20 December, Lorelai Loch announced leaving Project F. On 21 December, Project F released their official statement, in response to Lorelai's Departure. Between 22 and 23 December, all remaining Project F members officially announced being on indefinite hiatus. On 27 December, all remaining Project F talents announced they would leave the company and continue their activities independently. On 28 December, Project F confirmed the latest agreement between their team and the four leaving talents. By the same way, they announced it would mark the end of the agency's activities.

Background

The agency was launched in July 2022 where they opened and announced their first auditions on 30 July 2022. The audition is set to last until 31 August 2022.

Controversy

On 23 December 2023, because of public troubles entailed after Lorelai Loch's sudden departure, Project F released a full statement regarding all events that have or may have cause allegations against their organization. Afterward, on 28 December, Project F announced that the company would be dissolved after admitting to abuse and harassment to multiple of their former talents, refraining from further operation, and that the remaining talents would be leaving the company and going forward with independent VTuber activities. Other former talents would later speak up at their mistreatment regarding the company as well.
