She has knee length kelp hair with a glowing light green on the under-side that also covers her face. Her eyes are bright neon green and yellow. Her teeth are pointy and sharp. She wears a unique tech-wear hoodie with silvery Celtic knot accessories. Her left horse ear has a silvery stained glass earring in reference to the anime Uma Musume. Her character consists of shades of green, neon yellow/green, teal, and dark blue.
Debut
On 11 November 2023, Lorelai Loch debuted in Project F. She came off as a playful and talkative person, so much so she was not able to cover everything on her debut stream. Rambling about her different passions in her usual joyful way, and had to reveal the rest in her debut 2.0.

I am a nerdy variety Kelpie who likes to play lots of horror games, RPGs, RTS, and more! However I tend to have some silly ramblings and often get side tracked with chat!
Leaving Project F
On 19 December, all her channel content and social media pages regarding Lorelai Loch was wiped. Lorelai announced a day later, on 20 December her departure from Project F. While claiming she owns some of the rights regarding to her original character Lorelai Loch, she opted to not remain as the persona Lorelai, and instead announced her return to her previous indie persona. Afterward, on 28 December, Project F announced that the company would be dissolved after admitting to abuse and harassment to multiple of their former talents, refraining from further operation, and that the remaining talents would be leaving the company and going forward with independent VTuber activities. Other former talents would later speak up at their mistreatment regarding the company as well.
2024
On 19 January, Tabi confirmed the rights to the design of Lorelai. In the process, she distinguished her two personas' accounts. Thus, Lorelai became an independent persona. On a livestream later that day, she would go on to clarify that her former company never owned the full rights to the character, but rather the artists who aided in the recreation.
On 9 July, Lorelai changed her oshi marks, switching the tree branch with headphones, and revealed her reference sheet for her redesign. Until her new model to be rigged and ready, she would stream with a PNG.
