On 17 August, Akemi joined Projekt Genesis as a vocalist and graphics designer, participating in the creation of their song, Janji.
In October, Akemi worked on Mythia Batford's brand as her visual brand designer for her 2nd model.
On 25 September, Akemi collaborated with 24 other Virtual YouTubers from 10 different countries, such as Liliana Vampaia, Oninosuzu Rin, and Kureiji Ollie in covering Utattemita no Uta (歌ってみたのうた).
