Noira

Noira describes herself as mature, wise, thoughtful, collected, and "Oneesan."

Noira is a woman with a slender figure and a large chest. Her long dark blue hair with white streaks is loosely tied into a high pony-tail extending past her hips, where it fades into teal. A flick of hair hangs over the right side of her face, partially covering her eye. Her eyebrows and eyelashes are dark blue. Her glowing aquamarine eyes have white, diamond-shaped pupils, and are made up with dark blue eyeliner and dark cat-eye eyeshadow. A golden ribbon is loosely wrapped around her neck, and a teal tattoo consisting of geometric shapes and lines covers the area above her chest, spreading out over her clavicles and between her neck and shoulders. She has a similar tattoo on the outside of her right upper arm. Her left ear is decorated with several blue and golden piercings, while a golden diamond-shaped earring hangs from her right ear. On the top of her head she has a set of fox ears made of water. A foaming wave of blue seawater forms her fox tail. Her chest and her lower left arm are wrapped in white bandages, leaving the rest of the light skin on her torso exposed. A long, dark blue, asymmetrical skirt covers her hips and left leg, under which she's wearing tall white boots with golden soles and tips extending up to her upper thigh, where a white strap holds them up. A blue and white belt hang loosely around her legs. On her hands she has various pieces of golden jewelry, as well as long, dark blue painted fingernails, that fade towards teal near the tips.

The afternoon sun bathes the Deep Blue's interior. Through the windows, golden light stretches across the weathered counter, where bottles of whiskey, wine, and mismatched glasses occupy a newly cleared space. Noira tidies the daytime clutter, her seawater tail trailing behind as she rearranges makeshift furniture to create seating areas.

Her watery ears twitch at approaching footsteps outside, and the soft crackle of vinyl fills the air as she lights a cigarette, its smoke curling lazily upward like the thoughts she's about to share. The door's worn brass bell chimes softly as a patron enters. "Welcome to the Deep Blue," she greets warmly, making her way to the counter-turned-bar with an unhurried spring in her step.

As regulars fill the space and wide-eyed newcomers stumble in, Noira shares stories that flow as naturally as the drinks she pours, all while ensuring everyone gets acquainted. Her tales—whether mischievous adventures or profound observations about life—carry the weight of experience that makes everyone wonder: just how old is she?

"Old enough to know better, young enough to still make interesting mistakes," she'd say with a knowing chuckle, taking a thoughtful drag of her cigarette.
