In a distant corner of the universe lies a planet called Star (十塔星), made up of ten nations (or “towers”), each with its own unique style. One of them is the Land of Puns (冷笑話國), where, as the name suggests, everyone loves cracking cold jokes and wordplay. To become a princess there, it’s not about bloodline, it’s decided through pun... battles!
Alice rose to the throne because her jokes were the coldest and her skills unmatched, earning her the title of princess.
Alice is actually the best friend of Nanako, her close companion on Juta Star, though they’re not related by blood. Both were born as commoners and share a bond like true sisters. Nanako is more laid-back by nature; she doesn’t like competitions and instead longs for adventures in outer space. One day she suddenly said, “I’m going to conquer Earth!” and took off in her spaceship. But after she left, all news from her vanished for a long time.
Worried sick, Alice decided to come to Earth herself. Since she couldn’t fly a ship, she used Star’s rideshare service, SpaceUber, to hitch a ride to Earth. But as soon as she arrived, the SpaceUber took off again, and it accidentally carried away her most important device, the Earth Language Translator!
Now, whenever Alice speaks, it’s still Star’s language, completely unintelligible to Earthlings. So she decided to start silent livestreaming, quietly becoming a mysterious princess Vtuber. For now, she lives inside Nanako’s spaceship, waiting for her translator to somehow return, while beginning her whimsical daily life on Earth. Show more
