For some strange reason Capomi, her child self, appeared out of nowhere on her channel shorty after. Both Capo and Capomi can exist at the same time, yet they can never meet eachothers. While Capo wants to create a big virtual mafia family, Capomi just wants to play mafia boss.

Capo Miyo is usually depicted as a tall woman with pale skin, scarlet-red wavy hair, pink-red eyes, and a facial scar on the left side of her face. Her design is inspired by Italian-American mafia aesthetics and typically features a formal navy coloured outfit, black gloves, a long coat, and a red rose motif. Since version 3.0, her coat is often worn over the shoulders.

2021

Her early content included short videos, covers, and gaming videos, before livestreaming gradually became the main focus of her channel. Karaoke quickly became one of her most recurring stream formats.

On 12 March, she introduced Capomi, a younger-styled variant used mainly in short-form content. It would be used in shorts, but discontinued by end of the year.

On 29 March, she posted the first video of a non-regular series titled "Capo's Italian 101," which would run untl September of the following year.

On 8 May, she held her first collaboration stream, playing Payday with Milli Enaer,

On 1 April, she released her first original rap as an April Fools’ joke. The track was created in a private studio in collaboration with a group of friends.

On 30 June, she made her first Umamusume: Pretty Derby stream, which would become a regular feature going forward.

2026

On 7 March, she debuted her version 5.0 model. It is illustrated by m_n_c_r and rigged by Capo Miyo herself.
