Ceelio is a demon sheep Vtuber that works as a DJ and radio host of her own station on channel 66.6 FM called "Ceelio Radio". She uses her radio station to broadcast to both demons and mortals alike, her main goal being to use the airwaves to brainwash as many people as she can by seducing them with her ASMR sounds. She is a lazy, selfish girl who likes eating and sleeping. She created a sheep-like minion named Fuwa for the sole purpose of doing chores for her around her studio and at home. She is foul-mouthed, lascivious, and loves teasing her listeners to get a rise out of them. Despite all this, she adores her "Cee-men" very much and does her very best to make them laugh and relax every single night.

Ceelio originally was a faceless streamer that had her first stream on 18 April 2021. She streamed Final Fantasy XIV with no model or face showing as a test stream. She drew a png to use on her streams until she had her official VTuber model debut on 30 October 2021.

• Ceelio's fans are called the "Cee-men". They were originally called "Sheep-peeps", but this name was changed as a result of a community-ran poll on 30 July 2024.

• Ceelio is a big fan of rhythm games, but rarely streams them. She prefers to play actual arcade cabinet rhythm games over console or PC games.
• Ceelio's favorite rhythm games are Chunithm, DDR, Pop'n Music, and Wacca.
• Ceelio's favorite game franchises are Sonic the Hedgehog and Final Fantasy.
• Ceelio is often teased on stream for her old school taste in music and games by her community.

• Ceelio is based on a Jacob Sheep, a species of sheep that can grow up to 4 horns.
• Due to her horns, she is often mistaken for a goat by newer viewers, much to her chagrin.
• Ceelio suffers from Katsaridaphobia, the crippling phobia of cockroaches, as a result of a traumatic childhood event.
• Ceelio ends every stream by saying "Sheep Dreams" or "CEE you next time".
