With her hair twinkling like fairy lights and a crown of bioluminescent glimmers, she rules the ocean with a silky, flowing beauty.

You see, while fish throw her undersea parties and dolphins treat her like the ocean’s celebrity, Queen Rora has one burning desire: to become a VTuber!

She stumbled upon the idea as she observed one of her loyal Squishies watching a VTuber on Twitch. The little jelly bro explained to her royal jellyness what a Vtuber was, and that they were like the new generation of Celebrities that get to share their talents, their games, and even just hanging out.

Her eyes began to sparkle, and her smile brimming as a sudden spark of genius came upon her majesty.

“If I can entertain the land-dwellers, they’ll adore me too!” she giggles, imagining millions of fans and squishies squealing over her every tentacle wiggle.

Her full proof royal plan? Host the first-ever live-streamed jellyfish rave underwater, complete with bubbles, beats, and, of course, squishies!

The tricky part? Rora has to navigate the “human” world—dodge the pesky fishermen, convince an octopus to operate the camera, find a glowing seashell to serve as her streaming device, and ask a sea witch called.. "Cone Verge" to use her magic of the "inter - net" to help her tap in to the human virtual space.

With a trusty sea turtle sidekick named Sheldon (who insists on wearing sunglasses), Rora embarks on her quest, determined to capture hearts far and wide.
