Charlotte Suzu, also known as Char or Charzu, is an independent English-speaking VTuber who joined the EONIA group after being part of Production Kawaii's first generation. She often streams games like Final Fantasy XIV and Genshin Impact, alongside free talks and ASMR content. Her character design is by Torino, with Live2D rigging from both Homuragi Pyro and herself. Charlotte's fanbase calls themselves the Charlatans Fanpires, and she uses 🩸🎀 as her oshi mark.

Charlotte has the appearance of a dhampir girl. She wears a navy blue coat with pink ties all over it, a white shirt, a brownish skirt, purple-gold tights and brown shoes with a pink tie on each one of them.
She has light blue eyes, two pairs of tiny fangs in her mouth and long light blue hair with an ahoge on the top of it. On her left side of her head, she wears three small pink bows. On the top of her head, she wears a pink hat with white stripes.

The character design of Charlotte was unveiled on 11 March 2021 by her illustrator, Torino. On 19 April, Charlotte twitted on her character account for the first time. She debuted on 30 April 2021 on YouTube channel.

On 26 June, she released her first official solo cover song "KING" by Kanaria.
2023
On 3 January, Charlotte debuted her chibi model.

On 13 July, Charlotte debuted her second 2D outfit.
Disbanding
On 9 October, Production kawaii announced that it would be ceasing operations as of 30 November 2024. All 15 talents would be able to keep their channels and social media accounts starting 1 December. Charlotte also made an announcement that she would continue her activities as an independent VTuber.
On 1 December, Charlotte Suzu co-founded a new VTuber group called "EONIA" together with her previous genmates from Kawaii. The group's name was based on the Production Kawaii's first generation name.
On 14 December, she debuted her third 2D outfit.
2025
On 18 May, Charlotte debuted her 3D maid café outfit.
On 21 June, Charlotte debuted her fourth 2D outfit, "ChaRGB," her first self-rigged outfit. Charlotte learned Live2D rigging over a period of two months in order to be able to rig her own outfits.
