Cream's model is a petite young girl with a pair of violet blue eyes and circular brows, her main hair color is cyan mixed with some white streaks, starting to fade to magenta then finally pink at the hair ends. She has a high-left hair bunch tied with a white ribbon with a large red cherry attached to it, and a right side pony tail hold by a hair tie with a pair of smaller cherries. She also owns an pair otter's ears, a purple narwhal's tusk, and a cyan narwhal's flukes as her animal traits.

Her outfit is a blue sundress with white flounce, a large red ribbon on the right waist and semi-transparent blue hem flounce. The dress also has white bubble motifs and a single horizontal white borders red stripe. Cream does not have any footwear, instead, she occasionally can be seen wearing a ribbon that has the similar color to her dress on the left ankle. She also wears a pink scrunchie that matches her hair ends' color on her left wrist and a Ramune marble necklace around her neck.
