Sleepy is both laid-back and mischievous. She is known to juxtapose a calm tone with unhinged words. Sleepy is passionate about supporting and defending her friends. Tenma Maemi has described Sleepy as a "sweetheart."

Sleepy has long, light purple hair with a side ponytail, purple eyes, and pointed ears. She wears a black outfit with white and pink accents consisting of a hoodie, dolphin shorts, leggings, sneakers, a beret, and a necklace with a silver star in the middle.

• Sleepy's fans are known as Sleepyheads.

Sleepy Ghost was an idol who got beheaded because she couldn't sing well.

Later, during a heist gone wrong, Sleepy Project got sucked into a portal and transported to Phase World. There, she met Pipkin Pippa and the rest of Phase QUEST.
