Nana has short blue hair and orange eyes with various hair accessories, including two golden stars and a yellow hairpiece that says “wan” in Japanese. On top of her hair, she wears a black barrette and has two blue dog ears, with one standing up and one folded. Nana wears a black tank top with a white sweater worn on top that exposes her shoulders. Her neck is also exposed and has a collar on it with an iron bone necklace connected to it. The sweater Nana wears has a white star on the chest area and blue strings on the arms, with the arm sleeves being oversized and completely covering Nana's arms. Nana wears a short brown school skirt and on it is a small Puppo charm; behind the skirt is a big fluffy blue tail. On her feet, Nana wears long white socks with light blue and white sneakers.

Nana is cheerful, kind, and endlessly sweet, often giving off the impression of a classic deredere. Her innocent and gentle nature allows her to take Ruru’s jokes in stride. She is prone to clumsiness, which can lead to mistakes that sometimes shock those around her, but she always puts her full effort into every situation.

Occasionally, Nana will blurt out strange remarks without realizing it, surprising those nearby. She deeply cares about Ruru and admires her greatly, constantly seeking ways to grow closer to her.

On the planet Straris in the Andromeda galaxy, there was a dog girl named Ruru. The dog girl was walking home to her apartment after work one day when she came across another dog girl following her closely behind. They chatted for a little and got to know each other but Ruru had to run home quickly soon after, so Ruru shared a snack with the blue dog girl, known as Nana, before leaving swiftly. Ruru thought that that was the end of it but when she came back to her apartment, she discovered that Nana had followed her back home. Ruru, feeling pity for the blue dog, had agreed to let Nana stay at her apartment on the condition that she did chores around the apartment.

Eventually, the two doggos became best of roommates but they each had their own life with Ruru working to pay rent, and Nana going to the magical girl academy. Nana doesn't know but Ruru is a former Magical girl who is now secretly a villain. During her time at the academy, Nana came across a strange planet far away in another galaxy. When Nana looked closer at it, she came across strange, alien, fluffy creatures and fell in love. Apparently, the natives of this world called these creatures “doggos,” and Nana wanted to have one, but she couldn't due to the planet being too far away. Ruru noticed Nana was sad, and to cheer her up, using her magic, she created a creature similar to the description, a small white fluffy creature named Puppo. Nana loved Puppo, and how silly it was. The Puppo might not be very smart, and it couldn't do any tricks, but it was cute, had good hearing and it loved Nana and Ruru equally, and they loved it back. Since then, the 3 of them went on crazy adventures, with Puppo cheering them on. Over time, More Puppos somehow accumulated in the apartment with them, leading to Nana and Ruru putting them in the basement and decorating it with all the things the Puppos wanted..

She debuted as a VTuber on 21 December 2024, and an edited video of the debut stream was posted to YouTube on 12 January 2025.

• Nana and Ruru frequently stream with heartbeat monitors and the canon reason is that the Puppo (representing the viewer) has very good hearing and can hear their heartbeats.
• Nana's most commonly used community-given nickname is "Nana the Butcher" due to her tendency to accidentally defeat Pokémon she doesn't intend to in nuzlockes.
• Nana's original height was 150cm but during her debut she mistakenly wrote 155cm.
• The original model artist came up with wan.
