Milk is a young woman with light skin, rosy blushing cheeks, and large bright blue eyes. She has long, wavy cream-colored hair falling past her waist, with thick bangs, loose low pigtails on the sides, and a curled ahoge. She has a narutomaki-shaped hairpin, fluffy cat ears with soft white inner fur and an exceptionally large, cream tail extending to her calves. Around her neck, she wears a thick pink collar with a short dangling silver chain.

Milk wears a form-fitting, white ribbed long-sleeved turtleneck sweater featuring a cat-shaped cutout at the chest. Over the sweater, she wears a high-waisted dark brown plaid skirt, which is supported by two black suspender straps that cross over her back in an X-shape, and features a white criss-cross lace-up ribbon tied into a small bow at the bottom. On her legs, she wears solid white thigh-high stockings that end at her mid-thighs, paired with black Mary Jane shoes with a single strap and a low block heel.
