Eisnebel, also known as Bing Wu (冰霧), is a female Taiwanese VTuber who debuted on the 6th of December 2023. She is affiliated with SpringFish Studio (春魚工作室). She can speak Chinese, Taiwanese, English, Korean, and Japanese. Her fanbase is called "Bing Qi Lin (冰淇淋)", meaning "Ice Cream". Alongside team members “Moondog” (幻月), “Kumosuki” (雲隙光), and... “xxhacucoxx” (白白虹), she is part of the “Celestial (瑟拉斯蒂歐)” team under SpringFish Studio. Her persona, “Ice Mist,” symbolizes cold and thin fog, portraying a calm and clear image. Together with her teammates, she helps create a unique atmosphere inspired by natural phenomena. Her style leans ethereal and elegant, reflecting her meteorological theme, often featuring cool-toned or ice crystal–accented outfits and designs.
