Fuyo acts like a mischievous scammer whenever she promises to grant wishes. As a content creator, she demonstrates a large imagination through her various content and ability to improvise. It happens she takes odd decisions just to bother her genmates for fun. She likes to provoke and shock, sometimes verging into lewd territory.

Regarding her insecurities, like her appearance, her height or her mother language, Fuyo can be shy. Throughout time, Fuyo learned to open herself and got to collab with a great variety of VTubers. She cares a lot about friendship, and thus became very close with Juna Unagi, who shares this same value.

She has large pink hair and green eyes, wearing an oversized green top hat that has a four leaf clover with one of them ripped off. She has a short white jacket with long sleeves and green collar and green skirt with brown boots and white and yellow striped stockings.

On 21 November, Fuyo debuted and her YouTube channel reached 10,000 subscribers before the end of the stream.
