Batsuko is a young human girl.
In her default outfit, Batsuko has heterochromia, with her left eye being blue while the right eye being pink. Her hair color is dominantly dark brown, with light blue and pink highlights. She has twintails tied with either a blue (right) or pink (left) ribbon reaching down to her waist line, while the length of the untied hair on her back reaches beyond her hips.
In her bunny girl outfit, her left eye is silver instead of light blue, while the right eye remains pink. Her hair remains brown with pink highlights, but the blue highlights are gone and replaced by lavender. She has twintails by default (the left one being completely brown while the right one being completely pink), but the right one (or both) can be toggled off. She also wears bunny ears, sleeves, and leggings that can toggled off.
In her combat maid outfit, her left eye is pink, while her right eye is silver. Her right eye can be covered by her bangs. The outfit is armed with a pistol and other weapons. She also has a face mask that can cover her mouth and nose.

2025
On 2 February, she held an Endurance Stream Karaoke with the goal of reaching 18,500 YouTube subscribers, reaching her goal within 4 hours of the stream.
On 1 March, after playing Monster Hunter Wilds the previous day, she announced the creation of her Twitch channel in order to continue streaming the game in a more casual atmosphere after her regular streams on YouTube.
On 13 April, her YouTube channel reached 19,000 subscribers.
On 22 April, she announced that her Live2D model will be getting an update.
