On 21 June, she debuted her second 2D costume. Like her first one, her movements and animations were limited. However, this costume was later updated to have much more movement, which included her hair and hat.

On 1 July she became a member of a VTuber group called gnal.

On 4 August, Suisei announced on her Twitter account, that she graduated from S:gnal and resumed her activities as an independent VTuber a week later.

On 22 November, she released her first original song "comet."

On 29 December, she reached 5,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.

On 11 January, she debuted her third 2D costume.

On 22 March, she released her second original song "Tenkyuu, Suisei wa Yoru wo Mataide."

On 19 May, during AZKi's first live, Suisei appeared as a surprise guest singing her second original song "Tenkyuu, Suisei wa Yoru wo Mataide." It was afterwards announced that AZKi and Suisei would join INoNaKa Music (INNK MUSIC), a music label under hololive.

On 27 July she along with AZKi participated in INNK EXHiBiTiON, a label event hosted by INNK MUSIC. It was held at Entas in Akihabara.

On 29 November, Suisei announced on her Twitter account that she would be transferred from INoNaKa Music to hololive's main branch.

On 1 December, she announced on her Twitter account that she would get a brand new 2D model, this model was later revealed the same day during a stream on YouTube. With this stream her transfer to hololive became official.

On 2 January, she published on Twitter that she would get her second 2D costume (based on her new model). This was revealed to be a kimono in celebration of the new year, the same day as her YouTube channel.

On 19 January hololive's Twitter account published a tweet mentioning that Houshou Marine, Hoshimachi Suisei and Shiranui Flare would participate in a stream prior to hololive's 1st fes. Nonstop Story. The next day, in the same stream, it was revealed that the three of them would get their 3D model debut in said event, but that they would have a YouTube debut later. In Suisei's case, her stream was scheduled for March.

On 24 January, she appeared in her 3D model for the first time at hololive's 1st fes. Nonstop Story, with both her new standard and idol outfits.

On 31 January, Suisei reached 100,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.

On 25 February, she announced on her Twitter account the date for her 3D model debut on YouTube, which was scheduled for 1 March.

On 1 March, she appeared in her 3D model for the first time on YouTube during a stream.

On 6 April, she reached 200,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.

On 2 June, she reached 300,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.

On 4 August, she reached 400,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel during a karaoke stream.

On 27 September, she reached 500,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel during a karaoke stream, making her the 13th in hololive and also the 1st member in 0th generation to reach the milestone.

On 10 November, hololive's Twitter account announced that she and Shiranui Flare would get new 2D costumes.

On 12 November, she debuted her third 2D costume, in this costume she wears a black dress with a blue jacket, both the dress and the jacket are decorated with blue ribbons and laces, she wears a black belt with the words: "Sphere" and "Comet," she uses orange socks and black and short black boots.

On 30 November, she reached 600,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel during a Tetris stream.

On 16 January, she reached 700,000 YouTube subscribers during an endurance singing stream.

On 29 January, her YouTube channel was demonetized for unknown reasons, as a result of this she made a redebut stream on 31 January, as part of "hololive Space gen 00" even using her original 2D model before her redesign.

On 26 February, Suisei announced on her Twitter account that her YouTube channel was available for monetization again.

On 16 March, she reached 800,000 YouTube subscribers.

On 13 April, she debuted her fourth original song "GHOST," after revealing it on her live concert "Space for Virtual GHOST."

On 13 May, she reached 900,000 YouTube subscribers. She celebrated it by playing a quiz on Japan's prefectures.

On 25 June, Suisei debuted her fifth original song "Bluerose."

On 26 June, Suisei reached 1,000,000 YouTube subscribers at the beginning of her singing endurance stream, making her the 18th hololive member, as well as the 13th member of hololive JP, to reach this milestone. She is also the second member of the 0th generation to reach it.

On 29 September, Suisei released her first album "Still Still Stellar."

On 15 October, hololive's Twitter account announced that Suisei would get her fourth 2D costume.

On 19 October, Suisei debuted her fourth 2D costume. Similar to her third costume she uses loose her with bun on her left side. Suisei wears a sailor fuku that comes in two colors white with light blue and the other one dark blue with yellow, decorated with a big ribbon with a multi-layered star, the star is light yellow in both version. Suisei also uses a choker. Her dress' skirt has an opening to the left which is light blue on the white variant and gray in the dark blue variant. The costume also includes a light blue sweater decorated with blue ribbons, laces and stars like the one in her sailor fuku's ribbon. Suisei can also wear a white jacket with cat ears, the jacket is dark blue on the inside and also on the sleeves and on the upper part of the pockets, there are also yellow decorations on the left sleeve and on the jackets's zipper. Suisei can move her right arm to drink apple juice. She can also uses glasses and the beret from her third costume.

On 21 October, she held her first solo live "Hoshimachi Suisei 1st Solo Live Stellar into the Galaxy" Supported By Bushiroad part of the concert was streamed for free on YouTube, while the full concert was available on the SPWN website.

The concert featured guess singers appearances, with AZKi singing the original song "The Last Frontier" and alongside Inui Toko debuting their original song "OUT OF FRAME."

During the live, Suisei also debuted her third 3D costume. This costume is used as both the live concert and her "Still Still Stellar" album illustration. In this costume, Suisei has her hair loose with a bun on the back, and to the right side of her head is a golden crown complemented with dark blue and yellow ribbon, while the left side has various star-shaped accessories. Her outfit is regal in appearance, her blouse has a white collar and sleeves and blue body. The blouse's collar is complemented by dark blue necklace and shoulder parts, the "medal" that falls from her left side as well as a blue jewel at the center. Under this jewel she has a cleavage window where a small dark blue necklace is partially visible. The outfit consists of a light blue blazer jacket and a dark blue shirt underneath, the two parts are put together with star-shaped, golden buttons and laces. The edges of her blouse have holes where golden rings are linked together along with accessories, to her right side is a golden star with a long rope, while the left side is linked to a blue half skirt. This half skirt has three layers, the first one is short and decorated with golden ornaments and under this layer is a golden chain with three golden rope decorations, the second layer is lighter in color and decorated with two golden lines near the edge, the final layer is very long, the inside has starry sky pattern on the gradient from blue at the base to purple at the edge, while on the backside is dark blue with white vertical lines. Both faces are golden on the edge. This accessory is used to make her movements look more dynamic while she dances as Suisei wears dark blue shorts in this costume. The short has a big ribbon belt with only the large bow-tie part partially visible to her right side as it is covered by her blouse. On her left leg she has a leg bracelet and a thigh boot, on her right leg Suisei wears a shoe of the same color, both of them are decorated with stars and the heels are yellow.

On 22 March, during her 4th anniversary 3D live, Suisei debuted her third 2D costume as her fourth 3D costume.

On 10 May, Suisei announced that she would go on a hiatus from streaming to recover her health.

On 12 May, Suisei reached 1 million Twitter followers.

On 16 June, she reached 1,500,000 YouTube subscribers, making her the 11th hololive member, as well as the 8th member of hololive JP, to reach this milestone. She is also the first member of the 0th generation to reach it.

On 21 August, as part of the "hololive Summer 2022" event, Suisei debuted her 3D yukata. Like other 3D costumes the yukatas have a variety of styles that hololive members can choose from. The yukatas come in various colors and patterns including fireworks, flowers and goldfish.

On 15 September, Suisei announced that she would be taking a 1.5-month break from streaming to undergo a throat surgery.

On 4 November, Suisei returned to her activities with a live concert.

On 11 November, she alongside the other Shiranui Kensetsu members debuted new accessories. Suisei debuted these accessories on her fourth 2D costume using a brown flat cap decorated with a comet badge and a Shiranui Kensetsu nametag card decorated with stickers of a golden axe, a box of apple juice, and a microphone.

On 16 December, hololive's Twitter account announced that Suisei would get her fifth 2D model.

On 18 December, Suisei debuted her fifth 2D model. Suisei received a new hairstyle using a braided side ponytail. Suisei's costume has two variants in one she wears a black dress with an open skirt decorated golden ornaments and a beret. In the second variant she wears a white apron and a black mob cap. She uses big earrings with her portrait in them in white. Suisei can also wield a golden battle axe with a blue comet in the handle.

On 20 January, Suisei became the first VTuber to appear on THE FIRST TAKE. She performed her original song, "Stellar Stellar."

On 26 January, Suisei debuted a new hairstyle for her third 2D costume. Her hair is now styled in a shorter bob cut while retaining the costume default parted bangs.

On 28 January, during her "Shout in Crisis" concert, Suisei debuted a new 3D costume. Suisei has ponytail that goes just below her shoulders. The new costume consists of a black tight-fitting long-sleeved t-shirt supported by belts on the breast and waist, and as a suspender. On top of the shirt is a black single-sleeved jacket. She also wears a matching black layered long skirt that leaves the legs open. Suisei wears a black glove on her right hand. The jacket and skirt have a rose pattern with a white background running along on the sides.

On 19 March, Suisei debuted her new 3D idol costume during hololive 4th fes. "Our Bright Parade" DAY2.

On 8 June, Suisei debuted a new hairstyle for her fifth 2D costume. She uses straight hair decorated with cherry blossom hairpins.

On 27 August, as part of the "hololive Summer 2023" event, Suisei debuted her second 3D swimsuit during "hololive summer 2023 Splash Party!" DAY 1 Sunshine stream on hololive's YouTube channel. The 2023 swimsuits are inspired in a sailor uniform. Members wear a two layered swimsuit, the first layer is blue from the straps going down diagonally to the center where each member has a mostly blue bow but one of the sides and the brooch are in one color representative of each member. The rest of the top is white. The edge has a semi circular cut. The lower piece of the first layer has two variants, one is a two layered blue skirt decorated with a white belt, a golden chain with some decorations hanging from it and a bow to the left and planks to the right. The second version is mostly the same but they wear blue shorts instead of a mini skirt. Suisei uses the shorts. The second layer of the outfit is a matching striped bikini in white and another color depending on the member.

On 27 September, Suisei reached 2,000,000 YouTube subscribers during a singing endurance stream. She is the eighth hololive member to reach this milestone.

On 13 November, as part of the "Hoshimatic Project," she debuted new 3D lesson wear. She uses a white short shirt with black wide lines at the shoulders and lower edge with her name in it and a black top underneat, the shirt is decorated with a small triangle representing the hololive brand and its color is different among the members. The outfit has variants, some members wear black pants while others wear shorts. Suisei is the only one to wear a black body suit under her shirt to not expose her belly. She uses the short variant.

On 15 March, Suisei debuted her sixth 2D costume. She uses her short hair in two styles, with or without a short ponytail to the side. Suisei's costume comes in two color variants, black that shades to red and white that shades to blue, both can be combined. Suisei wears a long sleeved top with a diagonal cut to the right, it can be removed to reveal a blouse underneat. She uses a belt with a decorative metal piece similar in design to. Her skirt is long and straight with an open zipper to the left. She uses boots with exposed fingers. Suisei can also complement her outfit with a hat, shades and a long coat. Her shades can be red or blue, notoriously Suisei's eyes can turn red instead of her usual blue. Her coat has golden prints in the shoulders, sleeves and lower edge, these prints include dragons. She can move her arms and hide her hands behind her.

On 22 March, during her sixth anniversary live "Sheenderella Day," Suisei's main model was updated.

On 2 August, Suisei announced a change to her introduction phrase, switching "Idol VTuber" for "Virtual Idol", in an effort to expand the boundaries beyond that of a streamer. In addition, her official profile was modified on hololivepro.com, removing the mention that she is forever 18.

On 31 August, Suisei announced her first live tour "Spectra of Nova," through three venues: Saitama Super Arena (Saitama) on 14 November, Ookini Arena Maishima (Osaka) on 10 December, and Fukuoka Sunpalace (Fukuoka) on 28 December.

On 16 October, Suisei reached 2,500,000 YouTube subscribers. She is the fifth hololive member to reach this milestone.

On 14 November, during the tour Hoshimachi Suisei Live Tour 2024 "Spectra of Nova," she debuted a new 3D costume. She uses a bob hairstyle. Suisei wears a long sleeved, white blouse, with puffy cuffs. She uses black pants and heels. Suisei also released a new single "AWAKE" along with her 3rd album "SHINSEI MOKUROKU" and announced her live concert "SuperNova" at Nippon Budokan on 1 February 2025.

On 22 November, Suisei's main model was updated to the 2.0 version.

On 17 January, it was announced that Suisei would be releasing a new song, titled "I don't care," as an insert song for the anime movie "Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX -Beginning-", making her the first virtual idol to feature a song in the iconic anime franchise.

On 1 February, Suisei debuted her new 3D costume during her concert "SuperNova" at Nippon Budokan. This costume is inspired by her original outfit from her indie era. Suisei uses her standard side ponytail with a white and dark blue ribbon tied to it, her hairstyle is complemented with a white beret with a blue ribbon on it. Suisei wears a sleeveless white a blue top with light blue tie with a starry pattern. Her skirt is white and light blue, with the same pattern on it, the edge is black. The skirt has an ornamental, chain belt, with a big light blue ribbon to the side. She wears dark blue sandals.

On 8 March, she debuted her hololive 6th fes. Color Rise Harmony 3D idol costume during the event's day 1 STAGE 1. The costume has some variants, it can be black or white, complemented with a color representative of the talent. The midriff can be covered or not. One has variant has a skirt while the other uses pants, with one leg exposed. Aside for the design featured in promotional material, the costume also includes a short jacket.

On 23 March, it was revealed that Suisei's aforementioned song for Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX would be used as the TV series version's Ending Theme.

On 22 April, the official "Gundam GQuuuuuuX" Twitter account announced that Bloom in the night by Suisei were featured as the insert song in the anime's third episode and that the song was writter specially for the anime.

On 19 May, Suisei debuted a new 3D costume in a VRChat stream. Suisei uses her hair in a ponytail. She has a black and white cap. Suisei wears a blue and white hoodie with a black skirt. Suisei uses a black and white baggy socks and sneakers. Under her hoodie Suisei wears a black or white shirt with detached sleeves.

On 2 October, Suisei and Miko debuted their matching new 3D costumes as the unit miComet. Suisei has long, loose, hair with sighly wavy tips, her hair is complemented with a white headband with golden pearls. Suisei wears a long neck, black undershirt, on top of it she uses a white shirt with a golden zipper with a black outline. On top of it she has a white sweater with a bear head patch, and also a red sweater with white ribbons and a bear head print. She uses a dark brown skirt with a plaid pattern that match Miko's cardigan. Suisei has red socks and white boots. They also released their second original song "Lollipop."

On 10 November, she debuted a new short hairstyle and a black bucket hat for her May 3D costume in VRChat.

On 14 November, Suisei announced her next concert "SuperNova: REBOOT" at on 21 February 2026.

On 14 February, Suisei and Miko debuted their new 3D costumes in VRChat. Suisei has wavy, loose hair with some locks falling to the front of her shoulders. Suisei wears a black and gray top with black, crossed straps in the chest. She uses gray, ripped pants with a white belts and pearl strings. She has black shoes with heels that gradient from blue to pink.

On 21 February, Suisei debuted a new 3D costume during her concert "SuperNova: REBOOT."
