Kaia is a fun-loving and kind girl who loves you. She is warm and playfully affectionate, mixed with a certain level of chaos. She never fails to make her chat laugh. In her ASMR streams, she will go from being the sweetest girl you could ever imagine before randomly saying something out of pocket or completely brainrotted. She is as sweet as she is silly and unpredictable. Standard zatsu streams are more of the same and will always leave you wanting more.

Kaia has either long or short green hair, depending on the style selected. Her hair has pieces of jewelry inside it. She either wears a bow or a halo, depending on the style selected. She has fair skin. Her eyes are a gradient that starts from yellow at the bottom and transitions between green and blue. Her eyes feature heart-shaped highlights. Her fox ears are on the side of her head and are floppy. She has earrings in both ears. She has a cross earring in her right ear. The rest of her design depicts healer and religious iconography, as that fits the character. She has a set of teeth with one fang on the left side of her mouth. She has a green, fluffy tail that is medium length. She has two wings connected to her back near her hips.

Her main outfit is a long white dress. It is longer in the back than in the front. There are black highlights on her bust, and she has wing details folded in on the top. She has golden stripes etched on the edges of her dress. The front of her dress meets at two points. Her dress has two long sleeves that go to near the tips of her fingers. She has hanging waist chains around her body with jewelry attached. The back of her dress reaches to her ankles and has crosses on it. She has one stocking on her right leg and a bracelet around her left leg. She is wearing bracelets around her ankles with crosses attached to each one. She has black high heels with golden bottoms.

She features a second outfit with a green and white dress. This dress has a corset and cape. The cape can be removed.

The story takes place in Akaerium. Akaerium is the world, Ebhur is the continent, Eufus is the country, and all cities/towns listed are mainly located inside of Eufus.

Kaia is a Lofir, a race of fox and human-like people. Her hometown is Zauberhaven. Zauberhaven is located outside Aphonia. Her clients first meet Kaia after selecting her character from the character creator. The player starts their journey in the Forest of Lights outside of Zauberhaven.

Kaia takes the player into town. Zauberhaven is described as a smaller village. She explains to the player that the Forest of Lights brings many pilgrims to see the lights. They are seeking the Lights as they can bring good luck, and possibly love, to those who travel there. Kaia is uncertain if any of these tales are true, but hopes that they will be in the future.

One of Zauberhaven's proudest landmarks is the statue in their town square. The statue depicts their resident goddess, Aphori. Aphori is the goddess of fertility. In order to celebrate her, the town hosts a harvest festival in town every year. Zauberhaven's festival is pretty small in comparison to others, but a grander celebration is hosted in their capital, Aphonia.

The harvest festival has vendors come into town to sell their special goods. The town is decorated in lanterns, and the main event of the festival is the dance. The gods would dance in order to welcome the harvest season and bless the grounds with a good harvest. It became tradition to dance the same way the gods did.

Another main staple of Zauberhaven, and many other small villages on Eufus, is their church. The church is the place of worship dedicated to the goddess. Kaia's faith in the goddess helps restore her client's health. This is the same for clerics and paladins who rely on faith for healing. Kaia's healing abilities come from her ears, which were a charm bestowed by the goddess.

Kaia takes the player into the capital, Aphonia. The player and Kaia arrive at her residence in Aphonia. The capital has the largest magic colleges. These colleges bring many different cultures together to all study magic. It was always Kaia's dream to attend one, and she did after a lot of hard work. She studied to become a healer because she's always wanted to help people and make them happy.

Kaia introduces the player to the concept of dungeons, noting that they are not present in their homeworld. Kaia's dream is to explore a dungeon together and complete one. There can be many riches and status gained from completing one. She has some interest in exploring abandoned temples around the capital. They are storied that they once were from civilizations long ago.

Kaia takes the player into a tavern to discuss general gossip and explain the ways of the world. She goes on to explain the future adventures she wants to go on with the player. She says that they need an adventuring license, but that she wants to explore more instead.

The player is informed that Kaia and them need to gain a larger bond for healing to work. Kaia states that they need to meet again, and they will gain a stronger bond over time. Kaia tells the player to stay safe until they meet again. There are many adventures for the party to explore together, and Kaia is excited for them.

In July 2023, Kaia began to promote herself as a healer-for-hire VTuber. On 20 July, she showed her original design drawn by chiakihan309. On 30 July, she announced that her first PNG model would be drawn by Hoshi Bunny.

She made her Twitch streaming debut on 31 July 2023 using her PNG model.

Kaia's fans are known as the "Kaianeers". The name combines Kaia's name with the word pioneer. Her official oshi marks are 🕊💌.

Kaianeers transform between a human version and a slime version. In slime form, they have many expressions and colors. The slimes are round and are of various sizes. Every Kaianeer has a bandage somewhere on their body to indicate that they are able to be healed by Kaia.
