She has short blond hair with two dark bow ribbons near the end; five hair clips in various colors, including a gamepad and a Space Invader-like creature; blue eyes; cat ears and tail; long ahoge; an oversized dark collar (including a blue fish tag with the name "mini"), and round glasses. She's dressed in an oversized jacket with multiple pins and a cat bell. The jacket also features a hood with cat ears. Under the jacket, she wears an oversized T-shirt with various prints. When the jacket is removed, she wears a cat bell and a pom-pom around her right wrist. Her footwear includes high-platform boots and socks.

On 8 January, she first streamed on Twitch.
On 16 January, her Twitch channel has been approved for Twitch Affiliates program.
On 17 March, her Twitch channel reached 500 followers.

On 6 May, she debuted with a new Live2D model. Mini says it is a work-in-progress model that will change over time.
