Hoishi Aina, also known by various aliases including Babi-Shi and HoiPi, is a female English-speaking VTuber who debuted on November 27, 2020, with a formal debut on July 16, 2021. Specializing in singing and cozy chaotic content, she streams gaming and free-talk sessions. Her character was designed by Keaworks as illustrator, Moki as Live2D rigger, and nabs as designer.

- Hoishi used to consider herself seiso though that claim is heavily disputed by her community members due to a few to many tentacle jokes and Jackbox streams. She is however quite far off from being a lewdtuber.

2021
On 16 July, she made an official debut with a Live2D model drawn by the artist Kurolatte and rigged by @toroko_rar.
2022
In March, she redebuted as a part of a group named VEGen (Virtual-Entertainer Generation) with a new now full-body Live2D version of the original Hoishi model.
In April, Hoishi teased a new outfit and design inspired by her love for idols and her wish to focus on music content.
2024
In July, Hoishi released her first original song, titled “UCHUU NO YUME” (Space Dream), with the kaigai idol PAiDA as the lyricist, Sixteeninmono as the mixer and eigulaki as the producer and instrumentalist.
In October, Hoishi performed her first concert at a Swiss convention named “Juusan no Hoshi” or “Destination Tokyo” and released her first merch print for the occasion.
In November, Hoishi announced a partial Hiatus due to personal life reasons.
2025
In March, Hoishi was part a collab cover of 「Q」by Mori Calliope and Gawr Gura with Captain Camille.
In April, Hoishi released a collab cover of YUUSHA by Yoasobi With LyriaVT.
On 6 June, Hoishi was part of Dokomi’s line up of VTuber concerts.
Shortly after Hoishi was part of V-Moe’s « Maids With Love V-Idol Festival » that happened at OffKai Gen4.
On August 29, Hoishi made an appearance at Matsuricon in the US for Korī-Ojou’s VTuber Matsuri concert.
In October, Hoishi made an appearance at Korī-Ojou’s VTuber NuCloud concert on board the USS Hornet.
2026
In February 2026, Hoishi Aina performed her first 3D concert in collaboration with Ochikobore (A swiss band) at the convention Japan Impact.
She was also a English to French translator for Ironmouse at a Q&A panel held at Japan Impact.
In July 2026, Hoishi Aina performed her concert set named "In Orbit with Hoishi" at Hyper Japan 2026 in London, in collaboration with VirtualStageProductions.
