Identity
- Her family name 乙夜 is read "Itsuya" and not "Otsuya" which is apparently a common enough kanji reading mistake which she pointed out during her debut.
- While she is perhaps best known by the name karory due to her illustrator work, Itsuya Karori (乙夜かろり) is her VTuber name and fellow VTubers refer to her as Itsuya Karori in a VTubing context.
- The name karory is pronounced the same as "calorie" (カロリー) in Japanese. She even briefly considered "Karori Mate" (カロリメイト) as her fan name during debut - as a reference to the meal replacement energy bar - but quickly realized that it would be too close with overlaps and decided against it.
