Iudex

A little pumpkin sat peacefully in a small, sequestered village on top of a hill that looked out into the town’s prized pumpkin patch. When a group of village youth enter the patch and begin vandalizing the area, the little pumpkin fears for his safety. Suddenly, a mysterious voice rings out in the pumpkin’s head — that of the “Pumpordial Dark Lord” Pumpkabyss. The Dark Lord promises protection from the children and grants the little pumpkin a gift — a human body and powers of his very own. In exchange, the little pumpkin will forever act as the Dark Lord’s judge, or “Iudex” — holding various trials across the realms to maintain balance in the cosmos.
