Jiu Xiao Palace, also known as Gong Zhu or Jiu Xiao, is a Taiwanese VTuber who debuted in January 2025. She speaks Chinese, English, and Taiwanese, and her streams often feature gaming, drawing, and free-talk sessions. Her fanbase, called Hsiang Huo (香親), helps build her virtual palace, Nine Heavens Palace, where she aims to provide a warm and stable community for everyone.
