Very little is known about the origin of this ancient blue ice dragon. His human form is the result of a curse set by someone a long time ago. He is always tired, which is apparent from the frequent yawning, perhaps due to his age... He claims he does have wings and that they are just hidden under his hoodie, this has never been proven though.
