Lilliana is a young neko woman with pale skin dressed as a witch. She has bright purple hair styled in long, wavy twin tails with buns at their bases. Her bright purple eyes have stars in their pupils and are accented with purple eyeshadow and eyeliner. Below them, she has a few glowing star-shaped markings. Her hair and tail have white highlights, giving the impression that they're glowing. Her eyes glow in the dark. She is wearing a sleeveless, black and dark purple dress in a frilly gothic style with an illusion neckline, a short flared skirt, and many lace decorations. A connects her neckline to a frilly choker around her neck. The modesty panel, her detached sleeves, and her stockings are made from a sheer black material overlaid with a fishnet pattern. On her feet, she is wearing purple platform tied with long purple laces around her lower legs in a criss-cross pattern ending in large bows behind her knees. Her long, pointy fingernails are painted black.

Her Twitch channel was created on 14 November 2015, but she didn't start streaming until 13 August 2020. Her main YouTube channel was created on 1 January 2023, and her VODs channel on 7 July 2025. On 7 May 2021, she started streaming as a VTuber using a temporary VRoid 3D model.
