Megabyte appears as a young man with short, bright blue hair and sharp red eyes. His outfit blends sci-fi elements with a tactical RPG aesthetic.

His main attire features a prominent, long white overcoat with a high collar, sharp angular cuts, and bold red lining along the inner edges. The coat is detailed with dark shoulder panels and asymmetrical grey shoulder armor, with the left pauldron featuring a distinct spike. Underneath the coat, he wears a dark, high-collared undershirt accented by a single red gem situated at the center of his chest.

His arms feature flared, grey-cuffed sleeves and black fingerless gloves. For his lower half, he wears dark, form-fitting trousers equipped with black belts—including two distinct tactical straps around his left thigh—and completes the look with knee-high black boots.

Megabyte's origins trace back to the dawn of computing: he is the world's very first RAM (Random Access Memory) stick to gain sentience and start streaming video games.

True to his nature as volatile memory, his character famously suffers from short-term memory loss, leading him to frequently forget things he has just said or done during his streams. Furthermore, because he is a piece of vintage hardware, Megabyte playfully attributes any stream lag, technical difficulties, or sudden "slowdowns" during his broadcasts to his old age and outdated processing power.
