History
On 26 August 2023, VirtuaReal announced their twentieth generation of Virtual Livers, including Mizuki, in an article accompanied by their designs and profiles. The article focuses on Kismet, the female part of the generation. She uploaded her first video on the same day.
Originally she was going to debut on 3 September, however, due to Garu and Kurau's terminations, she ended up debuting 5 days later on 8 September.
