Nanaha Rui was a Chinese-Japanese male VTuber who debuted in January 2020 and later graduated from WACTOR and 910inc. He was part of WACTOR’s first generation, worked mainly in Chinese, and was active on Bilibili rather than YouTube. He was illustrated by maccormick.

Nanaha Rui (ナナハルイ, 七葉琉伊 Qī yè liú yī, 七叶琉伊 ) was a male Chinese-Japanese Virtual UP and member of WACTOR. He debuted in early 2020 and is part of WACTOR's 1st generation along with Mitsurugi Lia, Tsukito Hana and Kogure Piyoko. Unlike other members in WACTOR, Rui is active on Bilibili only, with no activity on YouTube, and uses mainly Chinese.

On 23 February, he released his first original song 「如果你喜欢我」 (If You Like Me), written, arranged and composed by himself. The music video served as an introductory song template for other WACTOR members as well.

On 27 June, he posted a preview of a new song he was composing for the second anniversary of the global release of the game Identity V. On 2 July, he posted the official version of his fan song "Identity".

On 15 August, he published another fan song for Identity V called 「第五Family！夏日Party！」 . This time he participated as singer and writer.
