Their appearance is overall almost human-like, with heterochromia eyes, a gray tongue, three bottom fangs, and purple lipstick. Although almost maintain the same features, their outfit changes from time to time.

On 12 December 2022, Nanri debuted as a VTuber. They started a stream with a laptop with poor specs. Because of that, the stream was often scuffed and had many limitations. Nanri began to take some illustration and Live2D commissions to buy a proper PC.

Nanri is a naturally gifted but humble youth from the hyper-competitive planet Unov. After letting their winning streak go to their head, Nanri becomes arrogant, neglects their training, and suffers a humiliating loss in the "Ruler Games"—alienating their friends and ruining their reputation in the process.

Seeking a fresh start away from the judgment of their home planet, Nanri moves to Earth. However, life as an alien immigrant is difficult; Nanri struggles with human social norms, confusing questions about their gender and biology (like their gray tongue), and the mundane stresses of bills and odd jobs.

Eventually, Nanri finds their niche after discovering VTubers. Inspired by the medium, they quit their studio job to combine their artistic talents with a new digital identity, finally embarking on a career as an independent VArtist/VTuber.

Over the past two years, the Nanri realized that working in complete isolation was consuming them physically and mentally. Being surrounded by humans sparked emotions, causing them to develop a human condition they call "Loneliness Syndrome".

This syndrome brought about noticeable physical and emotional changes; physical transformation: their hair and eye color changed, altering their visual appearance, and coping mechanism: to lighten their mood and deal with depression, they discovered and became heavily invested in human fashion, completely changing how they dress.

Ultimately, they embrace this evolution—recognizing that non-humans can also experience depression and deep feelings—and affirm that while this is a permanent "new me," they remain the same alien craftsman as before.
