She needs sweets to keep her cat girl form and streams English content focused on gaming, chatting, and art, with her viewers called Nyaakaamanders. Neko Chiyo started streaming on Twitch on 3 October 2020. A little over a year later, on 17 December 2021, she debuted her Live2D model. It only took her 3 hours to finish.

Neko Chiyo came from a family of Neko Bosses who each had a group to lead. She always dreamed of becoming a unique Neko Boss so she ventured to the human dimension to recruit Nyaakamanders to join her group. They are currently gathered in the Neko HQ, exact location not identified.
