Dissolution of YumeLive
On 30 December, YumeLive announced that the agency would close on 31 December 2024. Yuta is presumed Independent, as he has not retired.
Return to streaming
On 5 January, Yuta uploaded a video apologising for the sudden disappearance, and explained that the disappearance was due to him feeling like he kept making mistakes, and preferred helping the other YumeLive talents behind the scenes. Yuta also struggled with depression and mental health problems during his disappearance, making his return difficult. Yuta stated he would likely focus on videos rather than streams from now on. He also stated that he will not be updating his social media, as he has chosen not to use it.
On 24 February, Yuta held his first stream in over 14 months, a karaoke stream. all streams have been made members-only, including this return stream.
Hiatus
On 20 April, Yuta uploaded a video showing that his power supply had exploded, and so he was unable to continue regular activities. He would not upload for the rest of the year.
Second return
On 1 January, Yuta returned to his YouTube with a ukulele stream.
